he is not classified as unemployed. He is not in Labour Force.Althrouth he availability for work during the past 7 days, but he having
sought for work during the past 30 days
他不計入失業的. 他計入不在勞動人口. 雖然他過去7日可工作, 但他在過去30天未有找尋工作 (他是選擇性不工作. 如果想工作,但找不到, 才算失業)

Labour force is the person who aged 15 or above who is classified as employed or unemployed.
Now,Ken is a secindary 5 school leaver.I believe that he aged 15!
Therefore, he is regarded as unemployed!!
