1. get a really good baby book, a week by week is what i choose and i love it because it helps me understand how big baby is and what is developing that week.
2. stop smoking if you do, and cut back on the evils like caffeine, ect.
3. invest in some ginger pills for the soon to arrive morning sickness, and a box of crackers to help with the morning sickness when you first wake up, eating a few before you get out of bed helps.
4. increase your sleep, you don't wanna drag all day, i was miserable i was so tired.
5. eat lots of fruit and other fiber sources and drink a lot of water, this will help to avoid constipation.
6. go buy something little like a burp cloth or a bib, it will make it feel more real to buy something for the little one.
7. DANCE, be super happy.
