When the rod is moving to the right, the rod encloses less magnetic feild that pointing into the paper on the right hand side of the rod.To oppose the change, induced current is made to produce more magentic feild pointing into the paper on the right hand side of the rod. Thus in the loop YXQR,by right hand grip rule, the current flows in clockwise direction.
At the same time, the rod encloses more and more magentic feild pointing into the paper on the left hand side of the rod.To oppose the change, induced current is made to produce magentic feild pointing out of the paper on the left hand side of the rod.By right hand grip rule, the induce current flows in anti clockwise direction in the loop YXPS.

When the Bar move and cut the M field, there create a potential different between X and Y. Higher potential at X, so current flow from X to Y throuhgt the retangular wire.
