Hi,
Many foreigners don't like to be asked how much they earn.
Be careful!
How much do you earn a month?

但唔想好似咁冇禮貌...咁應該點講 例如May I be excaue ?
May I be excused? be + excuse(+d) = passive voice
You can say that.

:)

You can always start with as following:

If you don't mind, could you tell me roughly how much you can earn a month? Just a rough figure will be fine. Please. Thanks.

I am sure the person won't mind telling you more details since you are so polite. Also, it works with oral.

(May I be excuse?)
Usually a normal conversation will not come up with (May I be excuse?)
People usually said: Please excuse me. Or: I hope you don't mind

Oral, is a bit different from writing, especially the tune.

Hope this can provide better help to your conversation
