西北航空問題....THX!!

我諗你買嘅係團體機位, 所以 Ticket No. 要出發前兩日先有係正常.

其實依家都唔洗確認機位, 不過最好 check 番西北起飛時間有冇更改.
可致電 2810 4288 or 登入 http://www.nwa.com/hk 查詢.
唔問 Agent 係因為西北係早機, 就算改咗時間佢哋都未必開.

另外, 我建議你網上CHECK-In, 可以 "簡" 咗 seat no. 先.
如果唔係, 好大可能會唔係坐埋一起.

當你去到機場時, 去西北 COUNTER 俾 passport 佢寄倉就 ok 啦~

其實如果可以既話,當然係喺個一日去機場check-in啦~
一定萬無一失...

如果你張機票唔係後補機位,係一定有位就唔需要打電話去check...
當然如果你唔放心都可以打去check吓既...
其實張電子機票應該清楚寫明航班起飛及返港日期同時間...

到時你只要拎住你既passport到機場櫃台check-in就可以架喇

西北航空機票去東京 E-TICKET可以上網劃位.

未有E-TICKET 個NUNBER...旅行社話要兩日前先有 - call 縱橫遊 and push them to give you the number.

唔使確認機位, but if you really want to, call 縱橫遊 again to have them do this for you. They charged you handling fee so they should this for you.
起飛時間之類 - 縱橫遊 should have it now. They cannot arrange a E-ticket for you without knowing the 起飛時間之類!

Always 打番去旅行社問, not 西北, because 西北's telephone line is always busy, and they do not like to answer question at all.

係網上CHECK-IN is very easy. You can go inside the following web site and find the 網上CHECK-IN section, then just follow the instruction and check it. You will then receive an electronic boarding pass. With this boarding pass your check in time in the airport will be shorter. (But you still have to queue up to check in your luggage) :

前一日再打去CHECK起飛時間會好D ? - Not really. First of all 縱橫遊 will not answer this question, and 西北 will not give you the schedule one day before departure.
The best way is still go to the above Northwest web site and check "flight schedule". You can check your own flight schedule. And you can also check the in-coming flight schedule to see if your flight will be on time.
For example if your flight is NW883, then there should be a NW884 from Tokyo to Hong Kong earlier. You can then see whether NW884 is on time or not. If it is on time then your NW 883 will be on time.
