the following is manager other work
check money is enough is not
check kitchen--器皿, food is enough or not, stock of the food is clear ior not
check staff is enough or not ( manager will prepare the schedule such as staff's work and rest time for the next month)
check retaurant-- cup or plate is clear or not
check schedule -- how many people, time come to japan restaurant
the following is main respibilites the manager is :
if food is not enough , manaager will call supplier will enter of the food and beverage. at the same time, manager will check plate and cup such as damage and enough, he will enter the plate and cup.
on the other hand, manager will researh operation of the company such as it is lost or profit per month, manager will increase staff if the market is good or special festival
manager will enter of the new vegetable, becuase it is different taaste to different customer. the aim of earn the money
manager will improve quality of the food or staff such as the questionnaries per one month
