簽收辭職信

好少會要人簽收嘅，不過唔係唔可以。

如果你合約上嘅通知期係一個月，咁你係可以補一個月的代通知金然後即走。

I would like to resign from my position of POSITION with ABC COMPANY effective DATE. According to my employment contract, one month's notice or one month salary in lieu of notice is required to terminate my employment. Please find enclosed a cheque with the amount of HK$XXX being my one month salary in lieu of notice.

I would like to thank you for all the opportunities and guidance you have given me during my time with ABC COMPANY.

辭職信時要老闆簽收副本作証?可以，但唔係咁好，最好辦法是寄雙掛號信畀佢。
過試用期後，應該有一份嘢簽?唔一定，但過咗試用期你仍在職已經是証據顯示你已過了試用期。

不用太擔心吧!你已遞辭職信是親身交給他及說明你要請辭, 在法律
上已足夠了, 如果你好棍早些離開你易可用代通知金作為即時離職.
不需另行通知, 你更不需理會有沒有副本或合約, 這已是合法的不用過份憂慮吧, 公司只有你與老闆更易辦啦!
