我們是太古康山區南豐新邨的業主，下月又是法團轉班子的時候；每次換班子總有風波，好似Ｄ總統選舉咁，總為些雞毛小事大造文章。
今次仲離譜，阿牛公開表態支持「８人黨」做新班子幹事。因為南豐新邨剛剛經歷３年的分階段大維修，他們一邦人以「維修結果不理想」、「工程不合心意」、「反對商討再維修」作為口號政剛。
社民連更離譜的是：私下找公公婆婆，哄騙他們簽署授權意向書，打算在下月７日，代表他們向舊法團反對商討新維修一事。更叫公公婆婆幫手找其他業主簽意向書。
社民連完全漠視成立法團的精神，更無視所有業主的「知情權」和「投票的權利」。他們更在只有１米闊的「主要行人通道」上，開桌子、放椅子、派傳單，完全不理會居民的出入安全。
如何可以投訴社民連這種不知所謂的行為？？？如何阻止社民連入侵法團？？？
如何阻止社民連（阿牛同長毛）入侵業主立案法團？？

最好報警, 因為他們是在欺騙長者, 以欺詐手段取得選票.咁<民主>的社民連都做出咁唔見得光既手法, 真係<親中>好D!

唔好俾佢地入到業主法團, 維修不是政治. 阿公阿婆都傻既, 人家同你有親啊? 幫你出面爭取福利?

In order to stop the invasion of one political party, you have the following 2 options:
1. If you strong enough, you can fight them. That means, you can participate in the election of next term. In order to succeed, you have to devote yourself to the community work, such as home visits, etc.
2. You can find another political party to balance or cancel out them. In this case, you have to invite another political, especially rival party to them. Your risk will be whether you will be the modern "Ng San Kwai". The good point is, after the 2 parties fight each other, most of the owners will not like any political parties to participate in their own business. A neutral or self owner will be the best choice for them.
