膝頭痛, 點樣可以繼續跑步? (我唔會放棄跑步, 因為我已成功修身十幾磅) <15點>

我廿五歲, 女仔, 每星期跑步五日至六日, 每次跑半個鐘, 每次跑步前後都做足熱身, 持續左三個幾月, 我唔想因為膝頭痛, 放棄跑步, 因為我已成功修身十幾磅, 我想keep左瘦落去, 個身形再靚d, 我怕唔跑之後, 個身形唔靚, d肉鬆馳, 到下一個夏天著三點式唔靚, 求求你哋幫下我, 令我可以繼續跑步, 膝頭唔會痛, 因為我而家雖然膝頭痛, 但我仍然有去跑步. 但我好矛盾, 唔跑又怕唔靚, 跑又怕整傷膝頭關節有手尾跟.

1/ 我見人哋有d人跑步果陣, 有d嘢包住膝頭, 係咪有用?

包住膝頭的是護膝, 你可以試試但我擔心你膝患不會因此而減,
你現在心情我好明白, 以前我可以跑步但因為腳掌骨較痛所以停了,
體重必然回升但我現在每晚做 YOGA 45分鐘, 一邊看電視一邊運動,
當然沒有跑步瘦得快, 但希望不至於反彈呀! 如果你堅持跑步你要
冒着雙滕軟骨磨蝕, 好難回復而且你只得 廿五歲好年輕, 有慢長路
要行若影響日後行動, 你試想想吧! 暫時休息待膝處收復好再跑啦!

I understand your problem because I have frequent knee pain too. Therefore I can't run but my friends tell me that she runs slowly and swing her arms, contract her tummy. and she starts every step with heel then to toe... she says that this doesn't cause her knee pain and she is quite successful in controlling her weight. The key is to walk fast with proper method - swing arms, tightened tummy, step heel to toe. You can try this method but don't over stress your knees.

Ka is right. You should wait sometime until your knee problem is fixed.

好同意 001 的講法:不要繼續練跑步了,否則膝蓋傷患唔好返的話,係可大可小,重可能有長遠影響的。

請不要愛靚不愛命,否則你家人同身邊愛護你的人都會好難過的。

不過你唔需要灰心,唔練跑都可以繼續 keep fit 減肥的,其中一個方法就係游水了,雖然其減肥效果無跑步咁好,但勝在唔會傷膝蓋,而且係全身運動,能夠收緊全身的肉,令你整體都更 firm 同有線條。

到你膝蓋好返之後,都唔好跑太多步啦,可以改為向上行樓梯,不用跑的,慢慢行就可以,而且向上行樓梯的減肥功效比跑步更強,又唔怕傷膝蓋,不過都係要先等你目前傷患好返先。
