How to make a website?

Setting up a Web site is very easy and if you want to do it for free just go to http://www.freewebs.com (or any of the most popular free hosts listed below).

that's actually not that hard...
first make up your mind if you want a paid website or a free one...
if you need a paid one need to buy a domain from any provider and then need to buy the hosting to host your site...

and if you want to make a free site...
goto; geocities.com, wordpress.com, blogger.com etc.
these all are free providers...
once you done to make a site which suites you...
you'll get a web address like: yourname.blogspot.com or geocities.com/yourname...

but i know you'll be needing it like yourname.com
for that login to http://www.dot.tk
and redirect your actual webaddress to yourname.tk

If you want a free website, try sites like freewebs.com, bravenet.com, wordpress.com, blogger.com, etc. But do note that with these free website building/hosting services, you won't be able to use your own domain name. So instead of yourname.com, you'll be using yourname.webs.com or yourname.blogspot.com.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to make a website like iCarly for free. (I am assuming you're talking about icarly.com). For one, that website runs on ASP, which is one of the more 'expensive' langauges to host as you need a Windows server hosting package, and I haven't seen any good and free Windows web hosts.
