旅行社如果在旅行團出發前取消(除廣東省內線外)旅行團的話，須最少在七天前(出發日不計)通知顧客，否則，除須在三個工作天內退回顧客所交的費用外，還須向顧客多付有關團費百分之十五或最多港幣1,000元的款項作賠償。
