1. organized by = 由…舉辦；由…組織
點用：The concert is organized by The Student Union.演唱會是由學生會所舉辦。

2. pick us up = 用車接載我們
點用：Please pick us up before 1:00pm. 請於下午一時前開車來接載我們。

3. is located = 位於；位處
點用：Times Square is located in Causeway Bay. 時代廣場是位於銅鑼灣。

4.pass the time：通常是pass the time of day，即係同某人閒聊傾偈
點用：Pass the time of day with my best friends in the best coffee shop. 在最好的咖啡館，與最好的朋友閒聊。

5.show our respect for = 表示尊重
點用：Students should show our respect for the teachers作為學生，我們應尊重老師。

6.eager to = 極度渴望
點用：I’m eager to date my new classmate Stephy. 我極度渴望與新同學Stephy約會。

7.at all times = 無時無刻；經常
點用：He plays PSP at all times. 他無時無刻在玩PSP。

8.a volunteer worker = 自願工作者；義工
點用：Will you join us as a volunteer worker? 你會成為我們義工的行列嗎？

9.drops us off = 讓我們下車
點用：Please drop us off at once. 請立即讓我們下車。
