I 've be promoted to supervisor for 10 months and I 'm working at parallel
duty with an other supervisor who promoted 3 months before me .
I'm always as a 後備 , staff will ask me to help when he is absence or at
busy , the most 困擾 is a few staff is jealousy for my promoted and they are
doing ignore me and influence the others .
The other issue is I'm responsible to a small team compare to a big team
responsible by the other supervisor . This is the initial decision at the begining I was agreed due to it is subject to review after 6 months.
I'm on the small team that make me may not explore to more part of
discussion of the operation and I subjested to have some changes but after
discussed to the manger , the fact is ' not necessary to change in some reason
due to the client '
I'm knewing my weakness that I have 沈默的 personality , I will give
instruction directly and will not 長篇大論, the reverse expression of another
supervisor , how can I improve the communication and coaching to other
people and how to build up the relationship with those jealousy one
