Polytechnique University Master Degree in Design Practices

i have already finished my bachelor degree in social sciences and i now want to study master degree in design practices in Polytechique University of HK, but i don't have much art background, so do i have to get a diploma in design first and which school do u recommend? btw, i don't want to spend 3 more years on bachleor degree in deign, is it possible for me simply get a diploma and enter the master degree? thanks.
