a)letA be(a,0),B be(0,b).PA:PB=2:1
[1(a)+2(0)]/(2+1)=2
a=6
[1(0)+2(b)]/(2+1)=3
b=9/2
A:(6,0),B:(0,9/2)
b)m=(0-9/2)/(6-0)=-3/4
y-3=-3/4(x-2)
y=-3x/4+9/2
