是的, 網上應該不能查有無人用過既公司名, 但可以去公司註冊處查, 但我記得要比$ 註冊處查, 咁就唔駛遞左申請比人reject law.

It only takes a couple of days for the Companies Registry to issue the Certificate of Incorporation to the founder member. If there is an incorporation application submitted just a bit before this your application and if this application is approved, your application will be rejected and you will be notified immediately. This normally takes less than a week. It is impossible to make such a search in the Companies Registry web-site for this new company as it still takes some time before the incorporation of a company be updated in the company index.

The BEST ANSWER is oinly the general name search in CR's Web-site and not pinpointing the issue raised by salt9163 that the incorporation procedure had been done awaiting the issuance of the Cetificate of Incorporation.
