Applicants to undergraduate programmes must attain scores equal to or above this cut-off score stipulated for a programme before they are further considered for admission, unless they have good non-academic achievements.

The cut-off score is the total score of all of your HKAL/AS and GCEAL/AS subject attainments using the scale of A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2, E = 1 and applying a weighting factor of 0.6 to AS subject attainments.

The average of the total scores of all HKAL/AS and GCEAL/AS subject attainments, including language subjects, of JUPAS in the year concerned.

Using the scale of A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2, E = 1, and applying a weighting factor of 0.6 to AS subject attainments. For subjects with repeated attempts, the best grade is counted. A ratio of GCEAL/AS subjects to HKAL/AS subjects is also applied.

首先，講下理大的計分方法：
A=5 , B=4 , C=3 ,D=2 ,E=1
而所有ASL科目會x0.6

故此如果你預計：
中化：C
UE：D
3AL：C,C,D

你的成績會係：11分
(中化C=3X0.6=1.8)
(UE:D=2X0.6=1.2)
(3AL=3 +3+ 2=8)

2AL或1AL2ASL達E級
英文要求：ASL英文達D級，會考英文達2級/E級
中文要求ASL中文/AL中國文學達D級
