籍貫 should be "ancestral home town".

It is not the birthplace, so it is where you are born. In HK, even if you were born you would not say your 籍貫 is Hong Kong, but somewhere in China.

It is not your nationality either, as you 籍貫 is not Chinese, but a town somewhere in China.
