Audit Engagement Letter - 為聘任 auditor 的書信, 裡面會列明雙方的責任, 所提供的服務、條款、收費等。

Independent Assurance Report on the Income Statement of the Company - 為 auditor 對 income statement 表達意見的報告。

Management Representation Letter - 是 auditor 要客戶提供的書信, 作用是保障 auditor, 因為 audit 時, 很多東西都要客戶提供資料, 客戶給予的資料有錯漏都會影響 audit, 因此 auditor 都需要客戶簽這書信確認一些事情, 例如已提供所有會議記錄、公司沒有牽涉任何官司、公司於年結日後沒有重大事項需要披露等等。

Letter of Representation for Assurance Report - 同以上一樣, 不過是針對 income statement

Summary Declaration of Directors Enrolment - 是董事簽署聲明書, 去證明該財政年度公司所支付給他們的薪酬及福利。

Notice of AGM - 是通知所有股東出席公司週年大會的通知信

AGM - 公司週年大會的會議記錄

Agreement under 141D of the Companies Ordinance - 根據公司法例, 必須所有股東同意, 才可以使用 141D (一條公司法例令公司的財務報表可以簡單點), 因為所有必須簽署此 agreement

Audit confirmation - Amount due to a shareholder - 是股東簽署的確認信, 確認公司欠他們的款項。

Independent Assurance Report on the Income Statement 其實很少見, 通常都無。

原因係因為如果用 section 141d, auditor 只需在 audit report form opinion on balance sheet, 所以有需要時需要 Independent Assurance Report on the Income Statement 去 form opinion on income statement
