well in october me and my boyfriend had intercourse allot... well i had missed 3 days of birth control... well then i took all three of my pills on the same day.. but my cycle was so messed up i don't know if i got a real period or not because the middle of october i spotted allot well then we had sex again halloween weekend.. firday-monday... well im not on birth control right now because i missed those 3 days... well i Thought I had my period on october 19/20th... well it only lasted like 3 or 4 days.. and it wasn't like a full period. I was doing some information and the site i went to said that i was a day late if my cycle was 28 days or i was 5 days late if my cycle was 24 days... im not sure how long my cycles are anymore because of messing birth Control up..Well then all through november i have been having sex and i haven't been on birth control... I want to wait till next week to take the test but im scared.. I've been nausea's.. and my boyfriend said my Areolas have become darker... eh? What to do? Should i go ahead and take the test or do you think stopping the birth control and retaking it and then stopping again has messed my cycle up... or am i pr ego?

There is no way to tell whether you are pregnant based on symptoms. Only a pregnancy test can tell you whether you are pregnant. You need to wait and see if you are late with your period, then test at that time. Also, not taking the pill as prescribed can cause the symptoms you are having.

I think that if you don't know the answer to these question, you shouldn't be having unprotected sex. Children are for mature people who are ready to handle the responsibility of raising them. Just reading this assures that you are not. Take a test, and if you aren't pregnant, get back on birth control until you are mature enough to handle having a child.

go talk to your doctor and do a test. That's the only way to find out and to clean up the "messed up" birth control cycle safely.

take a test asap with morning pee. i just say asap cuz u dont wanna keep taking b.c. if you are. you most likely could be cuz thats how i got pregnant. good luck

I think you should go ahead and take one of those home pregnancy tests. They are very accurate these days. Once you find out for sure then you can take action either way. Get back on regular birth control or have a frank discussion with your boyfriend about becoming parents. I hope you get good news.

I think you are probably pregnant but I'm a little confused. Did you miss a period? You should take an early detection test (First Response).

If you've had unprotected sex, then you could be pregnant. Stopping BCP and restarting can cause a weird or delayed period. If you skipped your BCP in early October and haven't been consistent since, I'd say take a test now. You could have messed up your cycle or you could be pregnant. Only a test will tell. And try to relax...after all, you knew this could happen, right? Good luck.
