From a blank page to now the business report is completed, I had been very benefiting during the process of preparing the report. What I have learnt the most was I have the courage to take the first step. The report could not come to completion without this initial step. In addition, the utmost effort from my team has inspired me a lot and I had realized that team work plays an important role in finishing a task.

During this process I had the opportunity to understand the operation of a hotel, to work around with every team member's personality and to know how to collect data and information. We faced a tremendous amount of difficulty while we collected information at Four Seasons Hotel, but encouragement and acknowledgment were filled within the whole team. We did not collect sufficient information there, but the way we supported each other had given us the courage all the way throughout the end to complete the report.
