I have got a big nose. 為什麼要加 got? 可否不加 got?

Hi,It is correct to say " I have no brother" in English.
I have no brothers.<------------ It is considered correct too.
I have a big nose. ( Very simple and clear sentence)
In American English, " I got a big nose" is acceptable .

其實兩個講法也可以，
視乎說話人當時的思維，
如果想到兄弟應該是一眾，
說話人就會說成眾數，
反過來說，就會說成單數。
I have a big nose.
其實也可以，還比較簡潔。
