正所謂「筋骨」
筋廣義黎講即係筋肉
亦即係肌肉

但係挑手筋腳腳依個情況黎講
指既應該係肌腱（肌肉連去骨頭既部份）
如果斷左就手腳唔郁得
而神經斷左都會有咁既情況
所以唔肯定係唔係包埋
