1)I think that cheating in exams is a crime. At first, it is a dishonest behavior. If students cheat in exams, exams will not be meaningful. Also, I disagree the unfair competitions. This dishonorable behavior is similar to steal something from a shop because students get the answers without permission. The good citizens get things from shops for money. The honest students, who don’ t cheat in the exam, depend on their own knowledge. The diffence between an honest student and an unhonest student is that one of them doesn' t need to think, and just copies down the answers. However, students who cheat in the exam are useless eventually as they can’ t get anything. This behavior is worse than stealing things from a shop! As a result, cheating in exams should be a crime.

Candidates should not be allowed to bring mobile phones to exams. First, students who bring the mobile phones will disturb theirselves and the other students if the mobile phones are opened. Mobile phones are absolutely not necessary for the exams.

Even though the mobile phones are closed, some of students will cheat in the exams. Why? The newspapers show that some of students cheat when they take the HKCEE exam.
