讀的時候....while you are reading, you have to pay more attention to the words that is gd for yr vocublary .

寫的時候...when you have leisure time, you have to be on the initiative of wrting, try to write more composition and give it to yr chinese teacher or turtor teacher(if you have) too see or mark if they don't mind.

聽的時候...hmm..this thing is hard to say out, but if you pay attention in
class it will be done...

the too see should be to see.

Read more, listen more, write more...
You need to practise more! Then, you will have a better result.
Or you can have some course;
Or you can learn from the internet by yourself!

Or when you read a book which has some good sentences, you can mark it down on a notice book, thn when you need tohave writings, you can have some idea from it!
