--> I've already found out (x^2-3x)=10 and 8y=16 but how can I factorize (x^2-3x) to get the value of X??

8y = 16y = 2.
x^2 - 3x = 10
x^2 - 3x - 10 = 0
(x-5)(x+2) = 0
so x = 5 or -2.
