if you can't provide the complete info of that account then you won't be able to receive a new password also. you will lose everything.

you can get them to send an email to your account
MAKE SURE U ARE STILL SIGNED IN SO YOU CAN REDEEM THE EMAIL
and then it wil have a set of instructions to make a new password
OR you can send an email to ur alternative account
