How can I adjust my speaker?

Im using media player on Vista, and I just want the sound to play on one of the speakers(either right or left), can u tell me all the steps i need to do it? Cos it has two languages playing the same time on both speakers now.

So, it has a different language playing in every speaker, right? Three steps to solve it.1. Put some music on.
2. Realise that it does the same with music, so it's not really a languages question, but a technical one.
3. post the question in a technical forum!
