"who"通常都係解「邊個?」

eg. Who stole my wallet?
Who is the one that is wearing that blue hat?

但係呢句: Sadly most people "who" buy these don't even know where to find these adjustments
"who"係用來indicate前面人，用法有d似"that"

examples:
It is Justin, who stole my wallet.
It is Mary, who is wearing that hat.
