What you do in the cooking club is to cook. To improve cooking skill, exchange recipes, make comment on each others cooking technique and know-how. It's joyful because you can make lots of friends, eat lots of food of different varieties. It's good because you can be a better chef and can make more money later. The equipment you need of course is your own private chopsticks. Standard cooking utilities should be available in the club. Nobody expects you to carry your own stove, oven, pans etc. back and forth.
