由於本工廠停電情況下, 引致貨品不能趕工完成指定日期上船走貨, 現本廠想問可否延期走下只船.
Due to loss of electricity supply in our factory, our products will not be ready for the designated schedule even if we work overtime. Our company would like to ask if the delivery can be deferred to the next shipping schedule.

同意用 suspension 是對的;

但那答案寫 "disregard we have" 這部份 grammar 錯了; 其他的錯不詳細提.

愚見如下：
工廠停電用suspension多常見於一般商業信及通告，所以較適合。

前面用了工廠，後面用We 就可以了。

由於本工廠停電情況下, 引致貨品不能趕工完成指定日期上船走貨, 現本廠想問可否延期走下只船.
Due to suspension of electricity supply in our factory, the manufacturing of product can not catch up with the assigned delivery date, disregard we have put extra time and effort. Our factory would like to seek for your advice whether the delivery date can be extended to next shipment.

As a result of the power plant, the goods can not be caused to speed up the works completed by the date specified goods go on board, would like to ask the factory now can only delay the ship went down.

Owing to the situation under which no electricity was supplied to our factory, the completion of the goods cannot catch up with the assigned sailing date. We would like to ask if it is possible to delay until the next sailing.

The stocks couldn't be exported, because of the factory doesn't have electricity supple. Can the date of exporting be delaied?

Because this factoryhas a power failure the situation,cause goods catch work finish and assign date go on board and take the goods,our factory wants to ask whether to be unable to delay going down a ship or not.
