我想知「bye bye 肉」係乜？
The name of the part of muscle is tricep. If you are refer the term that the muscle is lose or fat, then people called them by many different names: bingo wings, sugar gliders, wobblers.....

「bye bye 肉」即係 多餘的肉 - loose muscle, too fat

上手臂底部的鬆弛肌肉------the loose muscles at underside of the upper arm.
這『拜拜肉』是在肥胖或缺乏運動的人中，容易見到。當提高上臂揮手道別時，「老鼠仔」對下的肌肉因為鬆軟和缺乏彈性，垂下來搖搖晃晃，人們就叫它做『拜拜肉』了。

應該係手臂下的多餘脂肪掛.....
