Why differentially permeable will become fully permeable after boiled?

唔使好似數學神算子 講到咁複雜...係生物裡, differentially permeable既係cell membrane. Boiling 會煲爛d cells, membrane 穿左, 就唔係 differentially permeable , 變成直情係 fully permeable .
就係咁簡單.

首先，differentially permeable membrane係由cell組成既，
而cell係由Protein形成，
而protein係高溫果時，會denature
即係死左咁題意思，
而每一個cell都係differentially permeable
如果佢地死左既話，
就會失去左osmois呢個作用，
亦之所以會變成fully permeable
