時間廊賣舊錶wat the _

i bought a watch on wednesday n i didnt check on it if there was any problem but on friday i noticed that the watch didnt look new n even a tiny part of color of it lost. Bringing back to the shop n they refused to gimme a new 1 as they said something like theres no more new watches or something according to wat my mum said n they promised that they will exchnage a 'real new' part of the watch to my watch where the color lost.. isnt it weird is this really all they can do?
