This is a simple bank procedure. As the cheque issued by your company could not be honoured due to the bank account now crystalised by HSBC, it will be bounced. Bank of China will debit your acocunt for this bounced cheque in the ordinary course of business. Apparently, no cheating will be raised by BOC on this cheque. BOC, may, however charges you for a handling fee.
