ingredients:
餅底: 100g 消化餅
50g 牛油
蛋糕: 100g cream cheese
125g whipping cream
2匙 castor sugar
15g 魚膠粉gelatine

1)將消化餅放入密封袋, 壓碎備用
2)把牛油用小火燒溶, 與消化餅拌勻一起倒入容器
3)把餅底壓實, 放進雪櫃冷藏.

4)把魚膠粉和4匙水拌勻, 再把它座溶.
5) 把芝士和糖拌勻.
6) 把whipping cream用打蛋器打至發起, 再加入芝士和糖的mixture.
7)加入魚膠粉. 把所有材料徹底拌勻.
8)把mixture放在餅底上. 放入雪櫃冷藏約2小時即可.

CHEESE CAKE


INGREDIENTS
1)Crust
graham / 消化餅碎:1 cup (250ml)
melted margarine/butter:4 tbsp
8 inch round cake pan:1


2)Cheese layer
lemon or mango 啫喱粉:85 gm
whipping cream:250ml
Philadelphia cream cheese:250gm (1 package)
sugar:1/4 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

1)Crust
i)mix all ingredients well and press into 8 inch round cake pan
ii)preheat oven at 375 F
iii)bake for 7 minutes
iv)let cool

2)Cheese layer
a)dissolve 85 gm of 啫喱粉 in 1/2 cup(130ml) of hot water; let cool;
b)whip 250ml of whipping cream till stiff;
c)beat 250 gm of Philadelphia cream cheese with sugar till soft
d)Add (b) to (c) and mix well, then add cool 啫喱 to batter
e)Finally pour batter onto crust, refrigerate for at least 3 hours
