Chemical change involves formation of new substances. In your example, only (b) and (d) are chemical change.

For (b), when candle burns, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide will be given out.

For (d), alcohol is oxidized and carboxylic acid is formed. So there is a sour taste.

For the others, no new substances are formed thus they are physical change only.
