我們這些話題看似並無關連, 然而它們都有一共通點, 就是跟我們的日常生活息息相關.
diversified (adj) = 分散 (不一致)
句子可以改寫如下 (如果以直接的表達方式):
The topics we talk about here seem to be unrelated to one another, yet they have one thing in common ---- they are very close to different aspects of our daily life.

我相信原句有個 "our" 較好.

今日討論的項目我們有不同意見(或觀點), 但均與我們的日常生活形式很接近.
Note:
1) diversified = here means 意見分岐
2) yet = 雖然如此 (這指 - 雖然有意見分岐...)
3) yet very close to different aspects of daily life 但全部(均)與我們的生活習慣很接近.
