I don't want to lose it overnight or anything, I'm not an idiot. I'm 14, 5'2 and 150 lbs. I want to get down to 130 lbs. Is it possible for me to lose the weight by Christmas or January? I am going to go to Curves gym for a half hour after school 3 times a week. I also have a treadmill in my house. For eating: please don't say stop eating this, stop eating that, no McDonald's, etc. I eat pretty healthy already (I hardly ever eat sweets, never eat junk food, and never eat fast food). Any snacking suggestions? I love grapes and other fruit, but I like a little salt. Should I join a karate class as well? I don't want to bombard myself with activities because I also have guitar lessons on Thursdays. Thank you in advance!

Assume I eat healthily...(don't say stop eating this or that...) do I REALLY have to count everything, like isn't it okay as long as I eat enough but not too much and nothing bad?

Watch what you eat. Make sure you eat three meals a day and snack in between if needed on fruit. I don't think Cyrves a 1/2 three times a week will cut it. Get on that treadmill every night and walk, walk, walk. Jogging, running may help faster. You can do it if you really want to and stick to your plan.
