去美國讀HIGH SCHOOL既問題

除非有人申請你或者你的父母申請移民不然沒可能合法地享有US本地人的福利，如果等申請的話一般等N年相信你到時候也不再需要在美國讀書了~
所以其實你不用考慮這個問題了~
做part-time的話好像16歲就可以，反正我讀high school的時候貌似也很多人做part time賺零用or養車

總而言之，除非你有直系親屬（父母、子女）申請，也不需要考慮了~隨時等到天荒地老

另：我記得學校好像require social security number，if you're NOT a legal resident or citizen, you DO NOT have one!! 盜用或者問人借social security是犯法的！！

Hi, you are right, the public high school in USA is FREE of charge, but you MUST be a legal residence (that means u need to have US greencard/US birth cert./....etc) otherwise they will reject ur application.
To get ur US greencard, you need direct-relatives to apply you, e.g. ur parents/brother/sister/husband/wife/kids.
the working age is 16 here, but u need 18-adult for approval. if u are 18 or older, u can work.

Unless you can formally establish relationship with the United States through approved immigration petition, it will be a no in general.

However, if you are willing to become an illegal immigrant. Then you may be able to attend high school.

Because the key for study in a public high school is proof of address, not immigrant status.
