Studing medicine in Canada required that you to have a undergraduate degree. You cannot get into the program without a University degree.

Unless you are marry to a Canadian or Canadian permanant resident (immigrant), or your parents have just immigrated to Canada, you got to have to qualify under the point system to immigrate to Canada. Without ever lived in Canada, fluent in English and have an university degree, it would be very difficult to qualify.

The system is currently backlog, it takes years (2+) to immigrate to Canada, and after you become permanant resident in Canada, it takes at three years to qualify to apply to become citizen, and it takes a year to actually become citizen after you apply if your qualify.
