開機 problem

When I turned on my PC XP , icons of the desk top and those in the left hand side down corner appeared, but those in the right hand side down corner were missing. I moved the mouse for few times and then it hanged.

I rebooted the PC again and it returned to normal. Everytime I have to turn
on the PC twice before I can use it.

Please help !
