Hi, my relative is going to apply for personal bankruptcy in Hong Kong and

He would have to disclose the properties to the Official Receiver. The properties will then be sold and the proceeds from the sale will be applied towards repaying his debts. If he withholds information of the properties he will be prosecuted.
