in recrystallization, why minimum amount of solvent is used?

因為用得太多會令到產量減少！！

Ethanol is a carbonic solvent while the heat can make it dissolve the crystal more faster. Use minimum amount of ethanol because it is easy to vapourize during heating and easy to catch fire.
