English names are like Chinese names except that the family name comes last in a name.
In a name, there is the first name, then middle name(s), and lastly the last name. eg 1)Sandy Carol Chan - English way
First name is Sandy, middle name is Carol, last name is Chan

2) Chan San Ka - Chinese way
First name is Chan, middle name is San, last name is Ka

In international cities like Hong Kong, many local people are used to the English way of writing names. So Chan San Ka is also written as San Ka Chan.

European people very often have both first name and middle name(s). For example Britney Spears' full name is Britney Jean Spears. Therefore it is normal to have two English names, and grammatically correct too.

Foreignors of course will not find it strange that you have two English names in addition to your family name. You can also have a combination of an English name and a translation of your Chinese name like Sandy Ka Chan or San Carol Chan. There is no problem at all.

It is not 好怪 at all. Many Hong Kong people nowadays are having two Christian names, not just one Christian name plus one translated Chinese name. For example :
Carmen Jessica Wong
Carmen Sandy Wong
Carmen Mandy Wong
This has already become a trend for many parents in naming their children. Many of them just put this kind of name on the HKID card, instead of having a Chinese translation name such as Carmen Wong Ka Man.

No problem for the 文法 at all. 國外人唔會覺得奇怪 since they have been using this kind of names for many years.

If people just have Chinese translated name, then the correct way in putting their name in an identity form such as immigration card should be :

Surname : Chan
Midde name : Da Man
