No need to do this as the auditors has the professional ethical obligations required by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and in law to keep the information he obtained from the client as confidential. Morever, the information so obtained must be wholly and exclusively for the audit and for no other purposes. Any breach of this confiential issue will trigger you to exercise your right to lodge a claim or take a legal action against the auditors.
