CRM is a system, you cannot compare directly a CRM to Brand Loyalty or business profit.
You need to identify what factors are being critical in your CRM system. eg. Customer Enquiry Response Time, Delivery time (how long customer wait), etc. However, so are qualitative, eg. Smile of the customer services, you cannot have a direct measurement like Time, so, you need a questioniare to ask the cusotmers.
Research to customers on some selected parameter, and correlated it to the Brand Loyalty measured.
