唯讀不代表不可以修改，
收件人還是可以修改後用另一個檔名儲存。
你須要用 winword 檔案下面的權限功能實現檔案不容許複制或編輯，
但你須要購買微軟的 windows right management 用戶端軟體來實現 office 2003 的資訊版權管理 (IRM) 功能。

When finished writing a document, click File at top left of tool bar, click Save As in drop down menu. Click Tools in Save As window. Click Security Options and type a password of your choice in Password to modify box. Tick the Read only recommended box. Click OK. Type the filename of your choice in the Save As window then click Save.

You're done! Now you are the only person with that password typed in the modify box to authorize any amendments to this document.

Suggest you do a test run on a fake document to try it out before the actual one.

In case you have different MsOffice Word version installed, you might find the Security Options in a different path. Just try around the buttons in Save As window, you'll find it.
