White a SUMMARY of the selection printed below. Include the main idea and at least two important details that support it.

Have you ever eaten something that causes you to itch,or break out a miserable rash, or makes your stomach really becomeupset and sore? Well ,yo may be suffering from certain food allergies. Many of us are allergic to the foods we eat every day. In fact, some doctors says that allergenic foods are often a person's favourite foods. The most common culprits include wheat, chocolate and cola, mike eggs corn, beef , certain citrus fruits, tea and coffee, and foods containing chemical additives.
A medical specialist, called a clinical ecologist, can determine whether a person is allergic to certain foods, and can then set up "elimination diets". Diets of this type remove all possibly offending foods for several days while the doctor observes the patient for signs of improvement . After a time , the doctor systematically reintroduces selected foods into the diet, one at a time. The doctor observes the patient for any sign of recurring symptoms of allergies. Finally, after the doctor has identified the specific food allergies , she can set up a "rotation diet" that allows the patient to eat selected foods that he/she can tolerate. In this way, the person who has been suffering with a food allergy, will become conscious and careful of those foods that trouble him.

First, a medical specialist will set up “elimination diets” for patients, removing all possibly offending foods while doctors will observe them for any improvement. After several days, the doctor reintroduces selected foods into the diet, one at a time. The doctor observes if symptoms of allergies recur. Finally, after identifying the specific food allergies, the doctor can design a "rotation diet" for the patients to eat only those selected foods that they can tolerate. (99 words)

There are many food that can trigger an allergic reaction. Most common type included, wheat, chocolate, cola, mike, egg, corn, beef, tea, coffee and certain citrus fruits as well as foods containing chemical additives.
Clinical ecologist can set up an "elimination diets" for their patient. After the "elimination diets" has been set-up, the patient will undergo a several day observation period with the possible allergenic foods removed from their daily diets. Then doctor will reintroduce the "removed foods" back into their daily diets in order to observe for any sign of recurring symptoms of allergies. Doctor will repeat these process in order to diagnose the correct daily diets for their patients.

I personally am not very satisfy with my summary, however, I think this is the best I can do for now.
Hope it helps!! =)
