請幫忙transfer to english, 不介意全改, 謝^^..

收到AA公司的TT payment(USD400), 用來找bill no: K0255的部份"銀碼". 之前你說, K0255已被客人要求取消及將"K0255"的"銀碼"分為5份帳單, 帳單號碼為K0333 至K0338.

現在我們收到的美金為: USD400, but our bill no: K0333只有USD385, the difference is usd15. so, pls kindly confirm me by return this email:

1) is the K0333是用來找/取代K0255的部份銀碼??

2) 客人找多出的usd15, 請問要怎樣處理
a) pay for other bills, pls state the bill no.
b)transfer to client account
c)any idea??

Re : Payment received

Please note we have received payment of US$ 400.00 by TT from AA Company. However we have the following questions on above TT payment :

1. The TT was said to be a partial payment for Bill no. K0255. According to your earlier advice, K0255 has been cancelled and the amount of the original K0255 would be split into 5 different Bills :

K0333
K0334
K0335
K0336
K0337
K0338

2. The payment received is US$ 400.00, while outstanding amount of Bill no. K0333 is only US$ 385.00. The difference between the payment and our Bill outstanding is US$ 15.00.

3. Please confirm by return on the following questions :

A. Is the payment received supposed to settle Bill no. K0333, which is a partial payment of the original K0255?

B. For the extra US$ 15, please advise :
a. Whether it is for the partial payment for other outstanding bills. If so, please advise the bill no.

b. If they are not used to settle other outstanding bills, please advise how should we handle this extra US$ 15.00.
